II.Affiliation

III.
Affiliation policy
We will
take advantages of the strong material base together with
an experienced marketing team to support the distributors.
To supply general
idea of CI of the shop (The repair charges is borne by the
affiliation party.)
To offer the
human power training for free.
To provide the
stipulated and high efficient promotion layout and the related
material.
The concessionary
affiliation partner has the right to manage the brand Aikeshengpai
in the titled district.
IV.
Affiliation detailed rules:
We carry out
two modes including area agent and signal-shop agent. The
area agent, who is in the medium or small size cities, has
the sole right in its area, setting up more shops or special
windows in its area according to the actual situation. In
addition, we establish the single-shop agent, who is in the
big or medium size cities, being allowed to manage the shop
individually. If more shops are needed setting up, the agent
should affiliation registration individually.
(I)Area
Agent
The agent should
won a shop with more than 50 square meters or more than one
special window in giant department in his area.
The purchasing
price is lower than retail price (By discussion). The first
minimum order is 300 thousand and the goods can be changed
within 30 days. The returned goods should be in good packaged
and not damaged, avoiding any bad effects on the next selling.
The second time
for ordering goods and goods changing. In 20 days after dispatched,
the goods can be changed at 20% of the ordering quantity.
The goods should be in good packaged and no damaged, avoiding
bad effects on the next selling.
The agent should
pay 30% deposit once ordering the goods. We make sure to deliver
the goods preferentially.
The normal freight
charges are borne by us. The agent should be responsible for
the freight charges if the goods are returned.

Single-shop agent
The agent should
own a shop covering over 50 square meters or the special window
in giant department in his area.
The purchasing

Affiliation charges

agent, he should pay 80 thousand for affiliating and 60 thousand
should be returned to him in one year.
(IV)Benefits
returned
If the yearly
turnover is more than 2 million, the excess parts will be
returned 1% of the ordering amount. If the yearly turnover
is over 3 million, the excess parts will be returned 2%
of the ordering amount. If over 4 million, the excess parts
will be returned 3% of the ordering amount.
V.
Expiry of the contract
One year. If
the contract is in expiry, the agent should get the priority
to continue the contract with us if without disobeying.
